Accelerate your cleantech startup with LACI. We help startups refine their technologies, access customers and markets, secure funding, and build partnerships to unlock their full potential. LACI's Incubation Program supports Pre-Seed to Seed-stage cleantech startups with a solution in Clean Energy, Transportation Electrification, or Smart & Sustainable Cities scale in the greater Los Angeles region.
The first four months of the two-year program are dedicated to intensive curriculum workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions with our esteemed bench of Executive in Residence coaches, roundtables on go-to-market, investor readiness pitch practice, best practices on how to utilize pilots as an avenue to scale, and in-person networking events with LACI portfolio companies & partners. After this curriculum phase, the program focuses on achieving objectives outlined in a custom business roadmap — covering fundraising, product development, market expansion, team growth, pilot deployment, and customer acquisition.

Companies selected for our Incubation Program will join a powerful and deeply connected community of diverse LACI founders, alumni, and partners who are making an impact.

• Have a cleantech solution that addresses one of our priority areas (Clean Energy, Transportation Electrification, Smart & Sustainable Cities)
• Own or license a novel proprietary technology and/or presents a true competitive edge
• National recruiting scope with companies who have significant presence (operations or pipeline) in Southern California and see a strategic benefit in expanding operations & team in CA
• Have at least 1-2 FTE
• Have a working prototype (TRL 4+)
• Commit to attend all hybrid curriculum workshops during the first 4 months
